Harness the Power of Consistency to Achieve Personal and Spiritual Growth.
When you do something consistently for a while, you become better at it, you become a master at it and there are obvious improvements.
Hiya,
Happy New Year..
I hope you were able to enjoy the holiday with friends and families and you have created enough memories with them. Remember that; memories are the things that stay with us forever. Some of us can still remember the memories from our childhood, memories from spending Christmas in the countryside (your hometown; just like one of my friends would say), memories of waiting all through the night to wear and show off our Christmas cloth to our friends.
Memories stay with us and grow with us.
In my last newsletter; last year, I talked about how a lot of us want to see improvement in what we do and become better at them. We want to work on our growth process but there needs to be more consistency. We do it today and are back at it next week then we continue the following month, Yes! You. You know you are in this category and I am talking to you.
What magic do you want to perform?
Would you sign up for a gym to lose weight and still eat burgers and chocolates twice a day, then you are back in the gym trying to lift 7.5kg and it looks like you are carrying the whole world?
I shared my morning run journey in my last mail, how I was able to increase the km I run, and how I was happy with the growth. Yes, I worked for it and I am proud. I also talked about spiritual growth and how one can stay consistent with it.

Building your spiritual growth needs consistency and conscious effort, you’ll have to forgo many things just like you have to forgo some foods when you sign up for the gym. You will also have to open your mind to learning new things and start consuming new things which become your routine just like your gym instructor would give you new workout routines to get the growth and results you need.
The major issue a lot of people have which affects growth is; what people would say when they see you in the new light when they see you start working towards the growth you desire. This is more with spiritual growth because people are always cautious of being tagged with several names. One thing you should know is that; people would always talk, brace up for that always.
Whichever growth you want this year, build your spiritual growth first and see how other things would align. Stay consistent, consume things that would support this growth process, and hang around people that will motivate you.
Oh, yea!
Before I breeze out, I have a little gist

I wrote a book that I’ll be releasing on my birthday; February 1, I can’t wait to share it with you. You will get more details about it soon.
Till then, have a great week.
